At Thai Gem Store, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. This is the same 30-day return window we offer on our eBay store.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unaltered. Gemstones must not have been set, mounted, cut, polished, treated, or damaged after delivery.

Please include all original certificates, laboratory reports, packaging, and accessories supplied with your purchase. The returned gemstone must be the exact item originally purchased.

How to Return an Item

Contact us by email or through our website within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Please obtain return approval before shipping. Once approved, send your return within 14 calendar days to:

Please include your order number inside the package and provide us with the return tracking number. For international returns, accurately identify the shipment as returned merchandise on the customs declaration.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping. When your return is approved, we will tell you which tracked service to use and either arrange a prepaid label or reimburse the agreed return postage together with your refund. Please do not send a return before it is approved, as unapproved or uninsured shipments cannot be reimbursed.

Please use the tracked shipping service we agree on, with secure packaging. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is completed.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or believe it is materially different from its description, contact us promptly with clear photographs and your order number. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a full refund of the item and original shipping charges where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Laboratory Certification Services

Completed laboratory certification services are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Any certificate or laboratory report supplied with a returned gemstone must be returned with it.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
