Unless otherwise stated, product photographs and videos show the actual gemstone offered for sale. Magnified images may make inclusions appear more visible than they are to the naked eye. Colours may vary with lighting, screen settings, and viewing conditions.

Any gemstone treatment or origin information we provide is based on the product description and supporting information available to us. Where a laboratory report is supplied, please review it for the laboratory’s findings.

Prices and Payment

The applicable currency and final order total are displayed at checkout. Shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment.

Payment must be completed using an available checkout method. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Import duties and other destination charges are handled according to our Shipping Policy.

Orders and Availability

Many of our gemstones are unique items available in a quantity of one. Availability may change before an order is confirmed.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. If an item is unavailable, or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you promptly. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payment received for the cancelled item.
