Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Chanthaburi, Thailand. Shipping charges are listed in US dollars. Additional items included in the same package incur no extra shipping charge.

Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping for up to 40 items in one package, with no additional shipping charge for extra items.
You may combine purchases made within 14 days. If you wish to combine separate orders, please contact us before dispatch so we can hold your shipment and confirm the arrangements.
Order Processing
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day after cleared payment, unless you have requested combined shipping or additional laboratory certification.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Orders requiring laboratory certification will be dispatched once the certification is completed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, carrier, and customs clearance. Express shipping generally provides faster delivery than standard shipping. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Customs Duties and Taxes
United States: We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. Applicable import duties and customs clearance charges are covered by Thai Gem Store.
Other destinations, including the United Kingdom: Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
We declare shipments accurately in accordance with customs requirements.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately before dispatch. Address changes may not be possible once a shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us through our website with your order number and tracking details. For damaged shipments, please retain the packaging and provide clear photographs of the package and its contents so we can assist with the carrier’s investigation.
